We had an awful time here. It might appear "Shabby Chic," but it's just plain shabby. The basement and yards look like a rummage sale with all the good stuff taken.

The landlord, who is on site, will never do anything for you without constant pestering. Then she gets really mad at you for pestering her. She'd leave nasty messages on our voicemails when we got insistent. I saved them in case of litigation, which was a real possibility.

Our heat broke and it took a month to get it fixed. Our oven broke twice, and it took 2 weeks each time to get them replaced. Our dishwasher leaked from the beginning, and that was never fixed.

The location can't be beat, but it is in no way worth it. You may as well set up a tent in Marion Park. At least it might be insulated better.
