I lived at this apartment from April 2006 to March 2007. The apartments are small, but I guess that is because the building is so small. The bathroom was in the bedroom, so if you had company then they had to go through your bedroom to get to the bathroom. There is very little cabinet space in the kitchen and there were only 3 closets in the whole apartment. In the winter time the building became rat infested. There were mice in the apartment every week so you better stock up with rodent killer. The neighborhood is nice, but I think they charge too much for what you are getting. The rent was $815 for a one bedroom and utilities weren't even included. They say they have a 24-hour maintenance service but they come when they feel like it seems. One time our toilet wouldn't flush and we called the 24-hour service and they told us our problem wasn't considered an emergency to be fixed right away. I guess the good thing is that maintenance didn't steal anything.
