and Charles E. Smith management company has got to be the absolute worst management company in the metro DC area. There are way too many drunk students here for my taste. I'm actually breaking my lease and moving out. Also I would not believe one positive review I read here -- management actually approaches you to write positive reviews here! Pathetic, right'
