This place is great!! The maintenance and management are very responsive and the door concierges are mostly friendly.
The apartments are very soundproof. I live next to the elevator and do not hear the elevator, my neighbors or any hallway noise.
It's pricey, but you can't beat the location. Get an apartment on the front of the buliding if you don't want to look into another building or on the backside if you don't want any street noise. That said, the windows are pretty soundproof.
