Watch out for the manager beverly, she is very mean and condescending. I would never live here again, she is awful.

aspen court sucks!!!!!!!!! the property is mouse infested. the maintenance supervisor is a liar. the buildings have many city violations due to mice, drug dealers. the apts are very small. the ceo ken needs to come down and see what is really going on. also the burke has bed bugs, petworth has rats, ft stevens has plumbing and mice problems too, brookland station has too much drug trafficking. the only decent property they have is parkland. its not worth the time and effort. they supposed to be a tax credit property but you alls rent will increase every six months with out notice. ask about the documentation. these properties suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
