I would not live there anymore we had some many property manager and the maintance we have is not good. Its a waste of time and money on this place. But one thing I could say is that i love the two bedroom apartments. But to lazy to do their job fairs fixing my my drywall.

I LIVE AT ASPEN COURTS NOW, I BEEN HERE SINCE 2005, MICE, RATS, MOUSE, RACOONS NAME THEM AND WE HAD THEM, ME AND MY GRANDMOTHER KILLED AND CAUGHT OVER 20 MICES, I' AM NOT LYING I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE THEM TO YOU. I LOVE THE AREA ITS NEAR BY ALOT OF SHOPPING, EATERYS, ETC. BUT ASPEN COURT NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN AND REBUILD INTO CONDOS OR SOMETHING. TERRIBLE.
