To be fair, not all the tenants are lousy. Most are great. But the ones who are bad are really, really, really bad! Thing bring the building way down. Students. Piss-drunk students. Noisy, rowdy, constantly-partying, shouting-up-and-down-the-halls, moving-the-party-from-floor-to-floor, pulling-the-fire-alarms students. Need I say more' Hopefully the new management is trying to weed them out, because they are making life miserable in an otherwise wonderful building. Many people who live here are extremely fed up with this assinine behavior and are voicing their opinions to management (Did I mention management was great and trying to get rid of the bad element'). Just a word to the wise before you move in......these problems may be eradicated, but please be aware they exist. However, I cannot recommend this building until this problem is alleviated, because it´s a huge one.



To Houston: you sound like a former rowdy student who lived here, so your opinion means NADA.
