What a $hithole! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Don't move here! You will regret it! This place SUX as far as being near anything. You have to have a car to live over here, and then they will charge you $150 a month to park in their garage! And if you don't get garage parking, fuggitaboutit...the limited outside parking is for GUESTS ONLY and there is NO STREET PARKING on Mass Ave! Add to that really stupid American University students living here and you get the picture. Management couldn't give a $hit about tenants either.
