I just stumbled across this website looking for Avalon's number to ask about the move out process. How funny, seriously my FI and I thought we were the only ones that HATED these AU kids, throw in management's inablitiy to deal with them just makes living here miserable. I really love our apartment but its just not worth it. 2 Fires in 2 weeks are you F***ing kidding me. You think management would do something about all these complaints. Anyway- if your looking to live here, keep looking don't be fooled.
