I am shocked at the number of bad reviews for my building. The management is kind and generous with their time, the staff is attentive, and the maintenance crew is quick to help. Both fired were due to TENENT NEGLECT. When people start to take responsibility for their own actions and understand that they are in charge of their safety and the safety of others, then apartment buildings are successful. I do agree that there are too many young AU kids here, but I believe that the management takes care of them properly. Just last week three police showed up to quiet down a party. Many managers would not call the police, but Avalon understands that this is necessary. They can be evicted at any time. SO QUIT YOUR WHINING! You live in an amazing building in a wonderful city.
