I'm sitting here writing this with EIGHT count-em EIGHT fire trucks and three police cars lined up outside this building. There is a smell of smoke inside the hallway, but they have not pulled the fire alarm yet. I called downstairs to the doorman and the doorman says there is smoke coming from a vent and that they will "pull the fire alarm if it's major." Great, huh' Thank GOD we actually went apartment shopping and found another, SAFER apartment today! This is NOTHING BUT A FIRETRAP. I'll tell you exactly what goes on here -- insane American University students get drunk and either light their apartment on fire or they let the fire go in there apartment (yes there are real woodburning fireplaces here; fireplaces 18 year olds = DISASTER)...AVALON you ------- IDIOTS when will you LEARN not to rent to 18 year olds who treat this like a PARTY DORM and put all our lives in jeopardy'! I guess it will take a major fire that kills people before you ------- morons STOP RENTING TO DRUNKEN TEENAGERS. Personally, I would LOVE to see your management company go BANKRUPT from the resulting CLASS ACTION lawsuit. MORONS!!!!!
