On the surface a nice apartment. I agree with the majority of the complaints. Dangerous parking situation, constant fire alarms, late night partying by moronic AU students, and near incompetent managment. A small sample of how awful the managment is, can be found in the one recent yes review written by managment. Obviously a good number of people are upset with the building yet they basically ignore the problem and blame it on all of the tenants instead of the numerous AU students that ruin the building.
