I don't know about the other things everyone is writing about, but this place didn't impress me at all. The apartments are big but I think the renovation they say they did looks sloppy and give me a break they put in linoleum in the kitchen that looks like hardwood floor' At least go with a laminate. Tacky. The gym looks really nice but it was overcrowded when I saw the place on a Saturday and people were actually waiting in line for one of only two treadmills. Our leasing agent was pretty rude, too. Building seemed noisy and not well-insulated. Way too far away from a Metro and civilization. I'll pass for the price they're asking.
