this is the WORST building EVER!! It is meant for the ultra-wealthy students attending AU only. Mgmt. may claim they are no longer allowing rowdy students in this building but last I checked Avalon was a for-profit entity and not leasing to these students would mean this building would go under. Again, do NOT live here if you are not a student looking for a party atmosphere as you will NEVER get ANY sleep at night w/ all the B.S. that goes on in the halls and your potential neighbor's unit.
