i just want to warn any potential tenants to stay away. while exiting their underground garage in one of their southern cal properties, the garage spring broke and the large iron gate fell on the roof of my car. Never did they apologize nor accept any responsibility. Never even asked if i was ok. They just wanted me to use my own insurance for repair. This management is full of greed and only cares about the their bottom line. When they say they want you to be happy, they are completely full of it.

I can totally believe your story. Management came across to me as greedy as well. Want to bill you for every little thing imaginable. The leasing agent was laughing as she described all the adds on. All they seem to care about is the bottom line.
