Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Ventilation system is suck. If anyone cook you would know it from miles away and when you cook the smell will stay forever. So I can't cook at home. Heater is very bad you will never get warm because they design it so bad, hot air cover only some area. I pay nearly a 100$ per month for me staying alone. Very noisy because there are too many student staying together. People in lease office very unhelpful. The only good thing is it is only 3 miles to my office.
