I moved from PA and I thought here, DC, service would be better... The answer is NO for Avalon at Foxhall. Staffs are not willing to help. With the high rental payment, I expected more convenience. Plus, the parking here is totally awful.. lot of dust all over my car due to a construction all year long. NOTHING MUCh to say.. Please, looking for other apartments.. NOT AVALON AT FOXHALL... Luckily, i will move out next month.. Good luck !!!
