We lived here in 2004...and ended up breaking our lease. The horrible cooking, cigarette, and trash smells were bad enough...add to that non-stop noise and fire-alarms being pulled twice a week by idiotic AU students.

I swear on a stack of Bibles that Avalon was the WORST place we ever lived. It's an armpit, and management is hideous. They'll lie through their teeth until you sign the lease. Once you do, they couldn't care less about you.

Please stay away and save your peace of mind. :-)
