Fantastic, but not a great area

Avalon is a luxury building with luxury touches, such as the granite counters and gas stoves. The management is terrific, even for a higher-end building. The neighborhood is being developed, in part by adding buildings like this, but it's still not that safe. Before moving in, be sure to visit the area at night.

A lot has changed in a few years; and some has stayed the same. The "luxury" touches have deteriorated, the management has gotten much worse, BUT, the neighborhood hasn't changed too much (more empty buildings, it's just that they are newer empty buildings).
