Nice building, but inconvenient!

Gym is awesome, but parking is a nightmare--essentially 225/mo or nothing. Also, the back of the building has terrible views of an alley on the first 4 or 5 floors. Staff is nice and lobby is great.

Look out for the hidden amenity fee--$600 per year. Ouch! Also they make you get renter's insurance.
