Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
This is a perfectly nice building. The staff is nice as are the apartments.
Three problems:
1) parking is cramped
2) the neighborhood is still developing - lots of homeless people and no grocery store
3) they raised my rent dramatically after a year
The last point caused me to move out. At the end of my one year lease they raised my rent over $200. That is a pretty dramatic increase in rent. Had I known they would have done that I would have never moved in.
