Unprofessional Management

The property isn't too bad, but is overpriced but the management will only be helpful until you sign your lease (if that)...after that, good luck! I even tried to contact their corporate offices (Avalon Management Company) and you can see where the unprofessionalism comes from. I would not recommend renting from them...you will be very unhappy for what you have paid for.
