The Worst Apartment Community Management

Avalon excels at offering bad service. The management team does not care about its residents or the product delivered. For example, the door to the alley is sometimes left unlocked. I have complained about this issue to Avalon??s management for almost a year and they still have not addressed the issue!!! The location may be nice, but there are much better apartment communities that are actually honored to have you as a resident. Take it from a current Avalon resident and spend your money elsewhere.
