Nothing really wrong with the apartment itself, other than weak central heating and air. The neighborhood is less than desirable. Can hear every little conversation down on the corner near the Burger King, seems to be a hangout for drunken thugs and their prostitute girlfriends. I have even seen a drug deal happen at the intersection in front of me.

The staff is tolerable, but I always get the sense from one of the desk people that he hates me, maybe it's because I can afford to pay the ridiculous asking price. Thing is, he is super nice to all the other residents, just looks at me with this look of death. Bizarre.

Overall, this place is not for me. The people who live there are nice enough, but you get the sense that they are pretentious. It's a nice enough building. I have seen a Washington Wizards player and his girlfriend getting into his Lamborghini in the parking garage. The problem is that I don't make his NBA money and this place is not worth the insane rent. I only lived here because of the location, and now that utility has passed. Unless you make major money and love to say you live in the same building as celebrities, stay away.
