The building is well kept and the managment is fairly responsive to tenant needs. The owner's have made some very good upgrades in the past five years: replaced entire drive and entrance, recarpeted all the common corridors, replaced both the elevators, and added a new laundry room. I've been in the building for six years and think the location cannot be beat. Downsides: small kitchens, electric stoves, the wood floors are difficult to keep clean. Street noise from Mass and 17th can be a problem, but that's city living!
