I've lived here for maybe 7 months, and within this small amout of time, a person has been killed on the street, but no one made mention to the residents to be watchful, and alert. There are rats in the apartments, not mice, but rats. The matanence men are like flask light cops......they are not real. The wear the uniform, and don't even do a good job at that. The rental office staff talks a good talk and "act" like they're about the business but they're not. They do a lot of talking but no action. Trash in the dumpsters will sit for weeks and weeks. The parking lot has several lights but non of them work, literally there are probably 2-3 lights in the entire parking lot that work. If someone wanted to rape, rob, kill you back there, it could be done, and no one would even know. Cars get broke into left and right in this neighborhod. It is just really horrible. If you don't have to, don't move to this neighborhood.

O, yeah. The walls are paper thin.
