belmont crossing what a joke. There maintence is a total joke. I guess they wear uniform for show and tell because they don't do anything. They no consideration for your health at all. Please don't call and complain about air the give you bs about you having heat flashs. The maintence can follow instructions. the hot water goes out frequently in the winter time. So don't be fool about the outside. you are just paying for some where to sleep. If you mange to do that all the excessive noise. I personally think it to high for so much bull****.Did I mention the going violence.But they have a police knock on your door for your radio being to loud. Police use to partol the area. I guess the police is just as good as there rental office, maintence, and nosy tenant assocation. then they have the nerve to have meaningless tenant meetins about the changes that are going to occur that never happen. so if you have then enter at your on risk. I would live in a shackle before invest my money in so much chaos.

And another thing? I hear they're being audited and thats the reason the rent collection is so messed up. They dont know who paying rent vs. who isn't. its crazy!
