I have two complaints. Mice and Maintenance. First off, the mice are everywhere. You're lucky if you don't get at least once mouse a year. Maintenance; I don't think they exist. And thats no lie. CRIME: you cant complain about crime if you live in SE. Belmont Crossing sits right in the middle of one of the highest crime areas in the city, so people need to stop complaining about the crime and/or move. I've been living here 2 plus years and I cant recall anyone being "killed on the property". I do remember a police hold up on the property from a shooting that happened one apartment complex over from Belmont. All I'm saying is, if you don't like mice, dont move to Belmont Crossing. And another thing, I dont know who works in the rental office anymore. I stop caring. I just pay my rent via the night box and keep it moving. I couldn't tell you the name of the property manager, and thats sad!

Ilive in NW and I have the same issue with mice, but I took care of that myself. Are the apartments small or big, because I have a 10 yr child and I want to make sure it is large enough for 2 people. Crime is everywhere.

you are absolutely right about the mice and maintenance or lack there of maintenance I have been here for 3 years and cannot tell you how many times maintenance/people in the office has changed so they DO NOT have a key to my unit because if something went missing I would have no idea who to point the finger at and niether would the rental office. And yes the surrounding area is bad and yes someone was killed at Belmont Crossing last year and it was infront of MY building it happened about 3 in the am and they never made mention of it to anyone unless you lived in the immediate area (close by the rental office) you wouldnt know besides word of mouth I know because like I said it was infront of my building and as I was coming home the police was still on the scene along with the victims blood covering the sidewalk which my neighbor came out the next day to clean his self within this week alone I have seen 3 mice in my unit and I am looking to move as we speak does anyone know of any decent apartments not as infested as these
