I stayed in Belmont Crossing for 2.5 years and during that time, I killed over 6 mice. I had to get a cat to stop the mice from coming into my place. I don't think they have maintenance due to bad management. The rental office has already been audited and put under investigation for stealing people's rent! I was asked to bring up all types of receipts for my entire stay there! The rental office staff are not too bright, so you cant expect much. The entire 2.5 years I was there, I've only seen 2 maintenance men and one of them ended up leaving the company. As far as the violence, you are in Southeast, so violence is to be expected when you're leaving in an area where the medium income is $30k/year. So, the violence wasn't my issue; no one did anything to harm me. My only issue were the mice!
