I've lived here for about a month now and i like it. I haven't seen any roaches yet or mice. Its as quiet as i would expect it to be. It's an apartment. I say if you want privacy and copmlete silence you buy a house. The staff was a little "effy" but i like it so far. I also work in a community in VA and if you really want to avoid roaches and mice stay off the bottom floors if you are on the top it's alot easier to keep them out your apt.

First of all, you do know that it is not the office staff who is gonna fix your stuff. Its' maintenance who fixs your stuff. You should have inspected the apt before moving into it. What do you you expect living on the bottom floor in the ground. Thats where mice live. I am a resident there and leaving on the top floor i haven't seen a mouse or roach yet.
My response to that:
First of all, you need to read over your comment before leaving it. OKAY! LEAVING AND LIVING are to different words. Second of all, you have to go through them lazy females to get maintenance to come to your house and if you could read and comprehend you will know I can eliminate my mice if they come patch my whole's up. And during my inspection know mice attended and it's their job when you call to fix anything needed. So congratulation on you living on the top floor and maybe one day the mice will come visit you.
