Great Bargain From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This is a great little building. Yes, it's old. Yes, the kitchens are small and have no dishwasher. But it's clean, well-maintained, relatively inexpensive and in an excellent location. Even all utilities (with the exception of phone and cable) are included! I moved in in December and have found the staff to be terrific--nice, friendly, responsive. Even though there are eight floors, it's very quiet. The policeman in the lobby is polite and makes you feel more secure. It doesn't have a lot of the amenities of some other buildings (no exercise room, no rooftop deck, no parking, etc.), but I would recommend this place to anyone. I'm very happy.
