Belvedere Apartments

great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Recently moved to Belevedere and highly recommend it. Pros: Management is extremely responsive. Things get fixed within 24 hours (usually couple hours). Neighbors are nice and friendly. Mostly young professionals. Rent is inexpensive for this area. Parking is not terrible. Utilities are included. Cons: A lot of homeless on the streets at night, gets annoying when they keep bugging you. Building is fairly old, no pool or gym.
