beware false fire alarms in middle of night!

I lived here from 1999 to 2001. Parking was "interesting." On weekends you'd usually have to park down on Macomb. If I got home by 7 pm during the week I could find a spot. Otherwise, I would park on Macomb or on Mass. Ave. facing north (b/c facing south they tow at 6 am).
There is a busstop right across the street which is nice and the N buses take you there. There's no shuttle to Tenleytown metro however unless you have American University ID.
Sound carried, especially in the studios with the wooden floors.
There is a little convenience store in the basement with video/DVD rental which is ok. You can keep pets too.
But... the drunk college kids decided it was very cute to pull the fire alarms at 2 am. Ack. Winter, summer, spring... and usually on work/school nights (this seemed to happen at 1 am or 2 am on several Mondays).
