Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2001
smelly, poorly lighted halls, especially during the summer. cheap floors, ancient fixtures (A/C, heater, bathroom things, oven..etc) thin walls, half the population was students (loud ones)..the other half were the elderly(for some strange reason). you could only ecpensive get direct TV and not normal cable service.
positive side. location, location, location...close to AU. semi-safe area (also boring area). bus stop in front. decent parking. laundry room ok. staff was very nice.
and it became under new management in 2003. they redid some floors and i imagine they'll do more (increase rent will be one of them).
