The area is very nice. My bedroom faces Mass Ave, so I hear the traffic all the time but I don't mind too much. However, it is expensive, and the management has been horrible. Only a couple could I speak with whom I thought were helpful and considerate to the tenants.
Definitely live with a roommate if you choose this place. It can also be creepy walking down the hallways by yourself. It looks like an old insane ward.
