Horrible experience here. Talking about living with roaches. Doesn't matter how clean you keep your place. It comes from the garbage dumpster located on your hall. have seen many many roaches roaming the hallway. If you live close to the trash room, you WILL have unwanted roomies.

A huge part of my ceiling collapsed (about 3m by 1 m). I dont think i deserve an old shabby place like this paying 980$ a month for a small studio. I do not feel safe living in my room anymore.

The staff are rude, from management to especially the front door people. Packages get misplaced....horrible...absolute nightmare i tell you. Dont be fooled by the appearance of the place. Its old and crappy. Be wise and do NOT live here.

i live here and i've never had a problem with roaches. i live near a garbage dumpster as well. but i do agree that one person who works at the front door is VERY rude. he acts like he's doing you a favor by getting your package. i also live in a studio... i certainly am not staying another year (especially with the ridiculous rent increase) but it was okay for a year. just OKAY.

I agree with the rude dude that gets packages, for my money go with the two old guys they're awesome. Everyone else has been pretty friendly.
