The upside:
Convenient for AU students.
Bus stop to Dupont/Farragut and other areas right outside door.
Gym in building--small but decent.
Free parking--but fills up quickly.

The downside:
Walls thin; can hear my neighbors' voices and TV sometimes. Can hear person who lives above me walking in heels on wood floor.
Maintenance unimpressive: they knocked a hole in my closet to inspect for a leak, then only came back to clean up the mess and repatch the hole a week later after I complained. (This happened twice!)
Persistent bug problem in kitchen; complained both to maintenance and to leasing office repeatedly, and was promised that someone would come patch up the holes in my kitchen--which never happened.
Not w/in walking distance of a metro.
