I have lived here for a total of two months, and I'm already looking. I have no qualms about breaking my lease. I cannot believe the rundown condition of this piece of junk. Students roam the halls day and night, drinking and smoking. You can hear everything your neighbor says on the phone, the walls are so thin. Hell, you can even hear the phone ring! Management is incredibly stupid and shiftless. Someone was accosted in the garage the other night. Run very very fast from this pit.

Sound' like daddy and mommy are paying for his rent. This place is not the best, but for the average person is fine.

i love these "average joe" bums who brag about their capacity to tolerate and to celebrate garbage with a smile. this isn't something to be proud of guy, you can't tell the difference between good and ---- and rag on people who can.
