Horrible Horrible Horrible -- all the charm and beauty of federal lockup

I am literally breaking my lease and eating a month's rent. Where do I start' 1. ROACHES GALORE. 2. It's a dorm, and a bad dorm at that. I know people who live here who have actually been attacked by drunk American University students. 3. It's noisy 24-7, 365. See No. 2 for the reason. 4. Management is the WORST I've ever encountered. 5. Ugly, ugly apartments. I thought I was saving a buck or two and could live in filth. I was wrong. Don't even consider it. You will hate yourself for renting here.
