that's ridiculous - you don't get anywhere near what you pay for. look at other apartment buildings in this area of a similar price - are you honestly saying that those nicer apartments, which are only moderately different in price but drastically different in quality, differ that much because of a hundred or two hundred dollars. what a joke.
