I lived there 2 years while at AU, The apartment and my friends apartments worked for us.Top floors are better.Caution: Wing E while smaller and somewhat quieter does not have a freight elevator. My parents felt I was safe there and while the studio was not first class the bathroom was new, the kitchen while functional needed to be redone and the heating and cooling were occasionaly tempermental. Overall you pay alot for the location like everywhere in DC but it was worth it. Do not bring a car-you can walk, bus or metro everywhere, this solves the parking issues .
