-There is a big pest problem. Roaches are everywhere and the pest control service they use is ineffective.
-At least 1/3 of the washers/dryers in the laundry room are broken at any one time.
-The gym is dirty and outdated.
-The mail room is a mess, they will misplace your packages and you will finally receive them several weeks late.
-There is a lot of noise, and complaining about it to the front desk does nothing. They simply call the apartment in question and leave a message. It will be at least 2 hours before they get the apartment to quiet down.
-Management is disrespectful and refuses to be helpful to anyone. You must ask 20 times before anything gets done. The assistant manager is disliked by everyone for good reasons. I have never had to deal with anyone who is so apathetic, disrespectful, and inhumane.
