This was a fine place to live as an AU student. I did it for over a year and I didn't have bug problems or noise problems very often. But the good review stops there, with the fact that my security deposit is being withheld from me, because the business office of Gables just doesn't want to give it to us. They gave the check to us in a form that cannot be cashed. I have a check that cannot be cashed. If you want to lose over $300, live here.

well, maybe you didnt get a deposit back because you left the place a mess. it does cost money for someone else to clean up for the next resident! think about it!
