I lived in the Berks for a year as a college student at AU. It was convenient because it only took a couple of minutes to walk to campus, but for me that was not worth the rest of the experience. My roommate and I had problems with the management being unhelpful and our maintenance requests not being acknowledged or responded to. We also had a severe roach problem, which just worsened the more we had the exterminator come or tried to Raid the kitchen ourselves. I would recommend looking elsewhere, because I am sure you can find something better for your money.
