1) The cockroach "problem" in this building has surpassed being ridiculous and is now an out of control infestation- to the point that the management suggests you keep your sink stopper in your sink at all times so roaches do not crawl up the pipes and into your kitchen

2) Most of the people who work here are incompetent- at best. At worst they will go beyond ignoring your complaints all the way to denying their existence, making you question your own sanity and slowly driving you mad. Don't be fooled by the "24-hour" reception. The night shift has no authority or ability to help with emergencies and essentially serve as a seat warmers.

3)If for some reason your apartment becomes unlivable due to either maintenance negligence or out of control roaches, you might have the unfortunate opportunity of encountering the guest suite wherein foul, unmade beds and bloodstained sheets await your arrival.

4)If you treasure the safety of your belongings, let alone yourself, you will not move in here. Not only do they bring new meaning to the term "peephole" (as in a literal hole in your door with tin foil covering), they also routinely let strangers through the lobby to wander around the complex - all you have to do is knock. But don't worry, they have security cameras. Especially in the gym. So they can watch you work out.

5)There is a waxing parlor next to the convenience store and a dentist's office across from the business office.
