I came across the reviews about my home and I have to strongly disagree with these. I have had some issues but really what apartment doesn't' The management has responded to all of my concerns and needs immediately and with a smile! I have enjoyed living here for over 4 years and would tell anyone to come live here. The location is amazing the neighborhood is so enjoyable. I have never had any major parking issues or bug issues so wonder if this is because of the person writing the review. Noise from time to time but again what apartment doesn't have some noise from time to time. Overall I invite anyone to come and enjoy living here.

wow management's seen so many bad reviews that they actually have to send in this b.s. so the score doesn't drop to a 1 for the overall and everything isn't listed as a recommendation of skipping it. you either work for the berks or you have no standards. i can only hope i meet you at some point in life, i'll sell you a blade of grass, call it a car, and charge you 25 grand for it, and you'll probably walk away with a smile.

why always when good reviews are posted, you assume its management posting them???? cant some people enjoy the place. its ok if some dont. life aint perfect , and all people are not the same. some like. some dont. know the saying that "you cant please everyone" and anyone who has a response to my post. im from dallas. i have no idea how this property is. however, i do have a friend that works in the office, thats what made me come here. i am a property manager in dallas, texas! so i do know, no matter how hard you try to please 100 smething residents you will always have some idiots out here that think like like is perfect and expect high expetations with no accidents, mistake!!!
