I've lived in a few highrises in the past twelve years. I must say that this is not the best place to live however i have lived in worse conditions. Generally the staff has it's ups and downs depending on the day. I never really now whats going on when i put a request in to fix something. A straight answer would be fine. But it does get done. It almost seems that management has there hands tied when you have to complain about the students in the building. I think they (students) run the building. I dont want to generalize about all, but alot of the students are loud, inmature and want to be all grown up. They have a long way to go. We dont get everything we want in life, i sure didn't.
Roaches, what can i say' Yea i see a couple now and then, not to supprised by how people just leave trash throughout the building. I can only imagine how it looks inside thier (students)apartments. The exterminator showed me a thing or two, with reserch on the net i keep them at bay.
I think the building is just old with a new look. Well its not the Hilton, but its nice enough to call home. The berk is what you make of it, life's to short to worrie about the small things. I'm just happy i still have a roof over my head.
