There was a work order which led Mr. Hector Perez to my unit on 5.12.2009, to do some work in my unit. The work that he did left me quite satisfied. He was courteous, complete, and neat, as well as thorough until the job was completed. Quite quickly, I might add.
Thank you for sending him in a timely manner.
I am proud, as should you, to have such a willing and productive worker on your staff.
