Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
The older tenants who been there for a long time are miserable and they will make your stay undurable, always complaining and nagging. The building has a bug problem and needs some MAJOR renovating. Lobby furniture is out dated and needs a face lift. The young lady who works the office desk M-F 11pm-7am is not user friendly at all, the day shift is much better.
Overall the pricing is OUTRAGEOUS, you're moreso paying for location then the stay itself.
