The staff has no clue what's going on at any time. On top of this your paying a jacked up rent due to 'condo fees'. The 'doorman' isn't allowed to open the building..EVER. Whats the point of a doorman if they won't let you in' Washer/Dryers consistently broken on every floor. All appliances in all apartments are sooo old. Awful management company. Find somewhere elese that you can rely on.
